Return Policy

This Return Policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements work on DMarketplace. Specific listings may include additional merchant terms shown before purchase.

Physical goods

For eligible physical items, you may request a return within the window stated on the product or order page (often 14–30 days from delivery unless a longer period is required by local law). Items should be unused, in original packaging where reasonable, and include all accessories unless defective.

Digital gift cards and digital goods

Digital codes and gift cards are generally non-refundable once delivered or revealed, except where required by law, where the code is demonstrably invalid, or where a merchant expressly offers a refund policy on the listing.

Defective or incorrect items

If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, contact support promptly with your order details. We will coordinate with the merchant for replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

How to start a return

Open your order history or message @dMarketplaceSupportBot on Telegram with your order ID, photos if relevant, and a short description of the issue. Approved returns may include a return label or instructions from the merchant.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment path where technically possible. Blockchain settlement times and issuer processing may affect how quickly funds appear. Partial refunds may apply if an item is opened or missing components.
