How checkout works
During checkout, we present the final amount, the asset/network context, and any applicable fees. Your wallet then prompts you to sign.
Because crypto transactions can be irreversible, always verify network, address, and amount in your wallet before confirming.
- Final amount shown before signing
- Network context highlighted to reduce mistakes
- Status updates tracked after confirmation
Security checklist
Most payment issues come from simple mismatches (wrong chain, wrong token, wrong address). A quick checklist prevents almost all of them.
- Use a hardware wallet for higher-value orders
- Confirm chain + token match the checkout selection
- Never share seed phrases or private keys
DMarketplace will never ask for your seed phrase. If someone does, it’s a scam — stop immediately and contact support.
When to contact support
If something looks unusual (unexpected fee, wrong destination, or missing order update), pause and contact support before you confirm.
- Unexpected address or chain in wallet
- Order not updating after confirmation
